The new rotary furnace has obvious advantages compared with the original rotary furnace:
(4)High-quality enamel frit. The composition of the enamel frit determines the quality of the enamel coating. Enamel frit batches contain various volatile components, such as borax and boric acid, and the amount of volatilization largely depends on the melting temperature of the enamel frit. Existing converters cannot monitor the furnace temperature in real time. During the melting process of the same enamel frit composition, the temperature of different batches cannot be exactly the same, resulting in uneven volatilization of volatile components, causing fluctuations in the enamel frit composition, and ultimately affecting the quality of the enamel glaze. The new converter implements real-time monitoring to ensure that the temperature curves of different batches are exactly the same, and the final enamel frit composition of the same batch is exactly the same, thus guaranteeing the final quality of the enamel coating.
(5)Good working environment. The new converter adopts better insulation, and the ambient temperature around the converter is not high; advanced noise reduction measures are adopted, and its noise level is significantly lower than that of existing converters.
(6) Convenient Material Changeover. In the original converter, to ensure that the previous enamel glaze did not contaminate the latter and affect its composition, the glass material from the former was typically emptied, followed by furnace washing. This not only generated transition material and caused waste but also increased labor intensity.
The improved converter structure, resembling a date pit, allows for complete material removal during changeovers without furnace washing, and it does not affect the composition of the latter.
