1.3 The Impact of Furnace Temperature Uniformity on Product Quality
The firing temperature of porcelain enamel frit has a range, but good temperature uniformity is crucial for the furnace. Modern enamel furnaces, both domestically and internationally, can achieve a temperature error within ±5°C at the same cross-section, while ordinary furnaces have an error of around 20°C. For thin-walled products, due to the rapid heat exchange within the furnace, uneven firing, inconsistent enamel coating, and color variations can occur under uneven furnace temperatures.

1.4 The Impact of furnace Mechanical Transmission Stability on Product Quality
In suspended firing furnaces, the suspended products and racks should be kept stable during movement to improve product quality. Small (single-layer firing) mechanical furnaces have relatively high movement speeds, reaching 5-12 m/min, requiring high-performance mechanical transmissions to prevent vibration. Large (multi-layer firing or large products) mechanical furnaces have slower movement speeds, below 5 m/min, some even only 0.5-2.4 m/min, so vibration is less noticeable.
