3. Physical Properties of Enamel Lining Material for Enamel Bolted Tanks:

Coating Color: Standard color is dark green, or as per user requirements.

Coating Thickness: 0.25–0.45 mm, double-sided coating.

Acid and Alkali Resistance: 

Standard coating is suitable for pH values ​​3–11.

Special coating is suitable for pH values ​ ​  1–14.

Adhesion: 3,450 N/cm

Elasticity: Same as the coated steel plate, approximately 500 kN/mm

Hardness: 6.0 (using a Mohs hardness tester)

Service Life: ≥30 years

4. Application Scope of Enamel Bolted Tanks

Enamel Bolted Tanks can provide various water containers for any wastewater treatment project, biogas project, or power project, including:

--Combined containers

--Sludge collection tanks and their replacement tanks

--Sedimentation tanks, equalization tanks, desulfurization tanks, activated carbon tanks

--SBR tanks, contact oxidation tanks

--Anaerobic UASB, EGSB

--Biogas fermentation tanks, biogas holders

--Softened water tanks, demineralized water tanks
